Development on many levels

ZGONC has been supported by 123Consulting in various online areas for over six years. The consulting covers areas from social media to SEO to campaigning & tracking. The focus is always on the holistic view in order to continuously develop ZGONC in digital marketing.

Project description

The core of the collaboration with ZGONC is, on the one hand, the rise in customer frequency in ZGONC’s branches and shops, on the other, the gradual construction of the online shop on the website. Due to the great challenges on the market, a clear differentiation from the competitors also in digital business is necessary. For this reason, 123Consulting together with ZGONC focuses on the interconnection of offline and online marketing activities. In the centre of the communication strategy is the fortnightly flyer delivered to all Austrian households by post. Based on this, all online measures are coordinated.
The collaboration began with the provision of consulting services in social media marketing. Editorial activities, community management but also content creation are handled by 123Consulting.

For the first online shop, the areas of UX/UI, SEO and tracking were taken on. With the consolidation of the online shop, ZGONC began online advertising, which was also taken on by 123Consulting. Through the strategic integration of organic and paid traffic, a meaningful growth in online and offline sales could be reached. Additionally Google shopping was implemented from scratch to support the sales line.

In times of the Covid pandemic, the online strategy – which was also the basis for the successful reopening of the shop – has been strengthened. Next to this 123Consulting delivered the full tracking concept and optimized the SEO performance as well before the final go live.
